By accessing or using WriteTheVZN ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Features, pricing, and availability may change as the platform matures.

To use WriteTheVZN, you must:

• •Provide accurate and complete information
• •Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

WriteTheVZN includes AI-powered features including Journal Coach, Scripture Recommender, Smart Prayer Insights, Affirmation Generator, and Vision Analytics. You acknowledge that:

• •AI responses are generated automatically and are for personal reflection only
• •AI suggestions do not constitute professional, medical, financial, legal, or spiritual advice
• •Scripture references should always be verified against your Bible
• •AI-generated affirmations are suggestions — you retain full editorial control
• •We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in WriteTheVZN — journal entries, goals, prayers, vault items, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

WriteTheVZN is currently free during the beta period. Future paid features or subscriptions will be clearly communicated in advance. When paid tiers become available:

• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• •You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• •Refund policies will be clearly stated at time of purchase

The WriteTheVZN platform, its design, features, and functionality are owned by WriteTheVZN and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The WriteTheVZN name, logo, and tagline "Write the Vision. Zoned to your Northstar." are proprietary.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteTheVZN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data resulting from:

• •Your use or inability to use the Service
• •Unauthorized access to your data
• •Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• •Decisions made based on AI-generated content or suggestions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WriteTheVZN from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through Settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which WriteTheVZN operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
