Everything you write, pray, plan, and record inside WritetheVZN belongs to you. Your journal entries, prayers, goals, affirmations, vault items, and notebook pages are private to your account. We do not read, sell, share, or monetize your personal content — ever.

All data entered into the app is encrypted and stored securely. We handle your information with the same care and intention that WritetheVZN was built with.

To create and maintain your account, we collect only the basic information necessary — such as your name and email address. This is used solely to give you access to your account and to communicate with you when needed.

WritetheVZN uses AI to power guided journal prompts and our assistant, City. When you interact with these features, your inputs are processed in real time to generate a response. Your personal journal content is never used to train AI models.

You may upload files such as images and documents to the app. Each file must be under 50MB. Your uploads are stored securely and are accessible only to you within your account.

WritetheVZN has community spaces on WhatsApp and Telegram. Content shared in those spaces is subject to each platform's own privacy policies. We encourage mindful sharing in any group setting.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Full stop.

You own your data and you can request its deletion at any time. Simply email us at Questions@WriteTheVZN.com and we will remove your account and all associated data promptly.

WritetheVZN is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the app grows. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy.
